Bravida Säkerhet AB is looking for a BID Manager in Stockholm or Gothenburg

About the role

As a BID Manager within Bravida Säkerhet, you play a central role in driving, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of our bidding processes. You work closely with the operations team and act as a key player in developing competitive offers and creating profitable business.

You are responsible for the entire bidding process – from initial analysis to the final bid – ensuring that we deliver professional, business-oriented, and high-quality proposals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate bidding processes in close collaboration with sales, technical, and production teams
• Ensure structure, quality, and timelines in the bidding work
• Analyze tender documents and identify business opportunities and risks
• Develop and quality-assure bid documentation
• Support the organization in business and bidding strategies
• Contribute to the development of methods, templates, and processes within BID
• Participate in the handover from bid to project execution

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working with bids, customer and business development, or project management
• Has a good understanding of business, economics, and risk assessment
• Is structured, analytical, and has a strong ability to drive processes forward
• Is communicative and finds it easy to collaborate with different functions
• Has a business mindset and is driven by creating results
• Experience from the installation, technical, or security industry is an advantage

You are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where you combine structure with business acumen. You have the ability to handle multiple parallel processes and are motivated by contributing to winning deals.

The role may be placed within a security-protected assignment, which means a background check may be conducted prior to employment.
